WIMAP bugfix issue

Mother Board:

1.UART Jumpper J11 pin definition mismatch. --- J11 pin match manully

2. RST_OUT_B problem. ---Remove R66 of MB

3. mount FB0-6

4. Move R220 to R216.( Change CH7013 I2C address to 111 0101 ) .

Daughter Board:

1. Y1 26 OSC replace
